1. General Terms and Definitions

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "ck31" or "Platform" refers to the ck31.cam website and all services under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on ck31 and is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Upon the order of a court or authority.

Upon account termination, a valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, however if the account is terminated due to a breach of terms, funds may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ck31 bears no liability in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• For delays or errors in third-party payment services.
• For any loss caused by a problem with the user's own device.

ck31 is not obligated to pay winnings that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. In such cases, the server log will be considered the final evidence in determining the correct amount.
